Organic semiconductor molecules form chiral molecular heterojunctions

Paper published in ACS Nano.  We use the archetypal organic semiconductors fullerene and pentacene to build chiral networks of molecules on surfaces.  The vital characteristic of an organic heterojunction is that the molecules transfer charge to one another.  We find that they do via computational investigations. Link to press release on Argonne National Laboratory websiteLink to paper on ACS website.
